Overview

It is used to transport medium containing solid particles and easy to crystallize . High temperature resistance, need to add cooling water when using. CPN pump features high efficiency, low energy consumption, strong corrosion resistance, large working range and strong adaptability. Rotation direction of the pump: View the pump from the drive end and rotate clockwise. When inspecting and disassembling the impeller and shaft seal, the pump with the rear door structure of CPN does not need to disassemble the pipeline and electric connection connected with the pump body, and the maintenance is simple and convenient. It is an ideal equipment for civilized factories.
Structural features
1. There are feet cast on the pump body, which can bear any load from the pipeline and directly transmit it to the foundation, so that the pump rotor will not be bent due to the load of the pump, thus ensuring a good service life of the bearing and mechanical seal.
2. It is equipped with a pump shaft with high rigidity processed, and a bearing lubricated with thin oil. The oil level of the bearing body is measured with an oil dipstick, which is reliable, practical and easy to operate. The pump is designed with an axial clearance adjustment mechanism, which can reduce the impact of wear on pump performance.
3. The impeller has an open structure, which has good corrosion resistance and is not easy to block.
4. Packing seals and single and double mechanical seals; there are internal and external mounting and balanced and unbalanced structures.
5. The power matching adopts Y-type ordinary motor or YB-type explosion-proof motor.
